Craig began his life insurance career with Prudential in 1979 and started his own employee benefits consulting business, Splawn and Associates, in 1980. He began his financial advisor career in 1994 when Prudential entered the financial serves industry. Craig has been an “independent” employee benefits consultant and financial advisor since leaving Prudential in 1996. In March of 2010, Craig made the decision to affiliate his business with Financial & Insurance Consultants so that he may serve both his financial and insurance clients more effectively.

Craig is married to his wife Pat, and together they have one daughter, two sons, and five grandchildren
